Description
School discipline encompasses the management of classroom and individual student needs by employing comprehensive prevention, focused intervention, and fostering self-discipline. The way schools address discipline significantly influences students’ learning environments. This course explores methods for preventing and addressing inappropriate behaviors in a considerate and educational fashion. Adopting a positive disciplinary approach reallocates attention and resources from implementing punitive measures to the restoration of relationships and community.
