Dr. Thomas A. Keeley has had the opportunity to work as a teacher, coach, building and corporation school leader for the past 28 years. During this time he has made vast improvements to his school corporations' business and finance efficiencies in human resources, food service, custodial, maintenance, budget planning, negotiations and new construction finance during a time of extreme change and budget shortfalls in Indiana. His school corporation improved cash balances from 2% to over 13% (2021) in just 3 years while overseeing a multi-million dollar budget in Marion County, Indiana. While serving as Assistant Superintendent, he served Indiana State graduate students and prospective Superintendents as an adjunct professor teaching School building construction mechanics and financing, School Business Finance and the Politics of the Superintendency. Dr. Keeley currently works mentoring MBA cohort students in the Scott School of Business in the Woodrow Wilson Foundation Program at ISU.
