This course will cover the importance of having an effective Facilities Master Plan and the various topics essential for the execution of a FMP, including FMP Funding Mechanisms, a review of the various Agencies involved in the FMP Process as well and a review of the Project Design Development Process, including the Project Team, understanding the Design Process as well as the Construction Phase.
