This course can assist you in considering the intricate responsibilities of the Superintendency in light of your unique leadership style, traits, and constraints. To build connections, foster trust, and discover common ground, you may obtain insight into the motives and interests of important stakeholders. Also, it will enable you to explore the interpersonal and environmental variables that influence the formation of relationships and leadership.
